Welcome to Ikinyoni Bird (the "Application"), developed, owned, and operated by Kigali Web Artisans Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, browsing, or using Ikinyoni Bird, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all usage and uninstall the application from your devices.

1. Acceptance and Scope

3. Prohibited User Conduct

To preserve integrity, security, and fair play, you strictly agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of the application.
Modify, adapt, translate, clone, or create derivative works based upon any part of the service.
Deploy automated scripts, bots, hacks, memory scanners, or exploits to manipulate game scores, leaderboard positioning, or telemetry data.
Use our platform to breach any regional, national, or international legal statutes.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Ikinyoni Bird is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. Kigali Web Artisans Ltd explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular objective, or uninterrupted, bug-free operational continuity.

Under no legal theory shall Kigali Web Artisans Ltd be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your access, performance metrics, data loss, or reliance on the application.
